Have published a Print Management Console to my help desk. Excellent tool.
Need to enforce settings. Right click Printers, select Add Printer want to only allow and force as default the setting "Add a TCP/IP or Web Services Printer be IP address or hostname", then once select "Next" want to force "Type of Device" with value of "TCP/IP Device" and have check box for "Auto detect the printer driver to use" deselected. Would be nice to also have ability on the next screen, "Print Driver", to have"Use an existing printer driver on the computer" as the default option.
