I have made a driver for my printer using WDK 7.
I set my paper size through a GPD file, it show in the printing preference & printing server properties like this：
The question is: It is not easy to manage the paper size in the printing server properties dialog.
Is there any way to set up my paper size in my custom ui of the printing preference dialog, and do not show them in the printing server properties dialog?
