We have a Windows Server 2012 print server which around 80 network printers on it. Occasionally (for reasons unknown) a job will get stuck in a print queue, not normally a problem, but just recently this has started to stop any of the printers from printing until the stuck job is deleted.
When the stuck job causes everything to stop, submitted print jobs just have a status of "Printing".
Does anybody know why a stuck job in one queue in having an affect on all other print queues?
