We host a 2012 R2 server for a remote client. The server is accessed via RDP.
They installed a network printer that is redirected, but cannot print.
I examined the security on the printer and found that no users have permission to print.
Our administrator user has no permission to change any permissions on the printer.
The printer has no restrictions set at the client location. Every user, including non-admins, have full control and can print locally.
Our server is not a domain controller and has no AD roles installed. Print Management does not exist on server.
How can I get around this permission issue and allow RDP users to access this printer?
