Adding PrintManagement module to Server 2008 R2

Hi All,

Trying to get the PrintManagement Module in Server 2008 R2.

Found this article

Saying that updating the Management Framework won't give you the modules. I understand that but I'm wondering if it's possible to add them manually after updating the framework?

The server I'm working on has been upgraded to Management Framework 4.
