Update print queues security settings in Windows Server 2012 R2?

Hi all,

have a windows server 2012 r2 and in need of having some less printer skilled people to delete/restart print jobs etc. I have the policy working (quite simple actually).

But the problem is that when security settings for the print server changes (in this case adding a group to admin printers) it is not reflected on existing print queues.

How do I get it to update existing queues? Preferably something via powershell but anything goes at the moment ;)
