Which is the correct procedure to add a new page size in Windows SRV 2012 R2 Print server for every printer?

Hello everyone,
I have a problemtoadd a newpage size(Forms)for every printer  distributedby theprintserver.

(Environment Windows server2012R2)
I followed the stepshere:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd759110.aspx
But this new form isn't distributedautomaticallyto all the printers.
I restarted theservice"Print Spooler"andrebooted the server.But mynew page sizes don't appears.

Whatdo you suggestto do?
