Using Windows print services and deploying printers from Work Group manager.

So I have Windows 2012 R2 Print Server environment and windows clients that print just fine. I can manually add the printers to a mac client, but I thought it would be easier to deploy them using WGM on a Mac Server running 10.9. So here is the jist of what I want to do: I install the printers on the windows print server, Add the printer to the Mac server using the sharing information from the windows print server, then I want to deploy those printers from my Mac server to other macs within my environment. 

Now, I can print from the mac server, but I can't print from a mac client that received printers from the Mac server. Its kind of a tough string, but I think the client can see the printer, but every time I try to print something it just says "Printer Pause" and resuming the print job just repeats the cycle.

Is there something that I am not doing correctly or missing that would enable me to send a print job from the mac client, have it go through the mac server, to the Windows print server and the print out from the printer?
