Fax Server will not print faxes

I recently setup a new fax server on Windows Server 2012 using (3) USB fax modems. I'm able to receive faxes and route them to a e-mail address or store them in a folder. However, one of the modems needs to print the fax but this routing method is not working. I've verified the printers are working correctly by printing some local documents. I've also restarted the fax and print spooler services. I've also checked the event viewer but cannot find any errors or warnings in the logs.
