User password required to print

Hello,

I'm trying to add password protection to print jobs on my network here at TEPOA. My GM wants a password on each users computer so that they have to enter their password on their computer when they want to print something. I've got the printer showing up on Server 2008 R2 Standard, but not quite sure how to make it happen from here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
