Hi Everyone,
I am using a Sharp MX-M363N MFP in my Domain environment. A couple of days ago it decided to stop printing, or our Windows Server
(2003) decided to stop sending it print jobs.
Now whenever I attempt to print I see an error in the print queue -
Whilst print jobs are not getting through to the printer it is able to send scans by email, and I am able to access the printers
configuration page through a web page.
I have updated the driver to the newest one available from the Sharp website http://www.sharpusa.com/CustomerSupport/ProductDownloads.aspx?downloadtype=Driver&category=DocumentSystemsMFPsPrinters&model=MX-C311& however
this has not helped.
Any further suggestions on how to get this printer going will be greatly appreciated.
