Hi all, we are using a printing monitor solution to allow chargeback of printing costs to staff and students. HP printer driovers, for whatever reason, require CREATOR OWNER to have print permission explicitly set on the printer queue for the software to work, otherwise print jobs just hang.
The real problem is that when the print spooler service is restarted, the CREATOR OWNER permissions vanish from the queue. Other custom permissions remain just fine. Any idea why this would be happening?
