- Konica Minolta c454e Network printer
- AdobeReader (latest Ver.)
- Adobe Acrobat (latest Ver.)
Windows 2012 R2 Terminal- and Print server
The Issue:
Some users cannot print .pdf files from AdobeReader or Internet Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
They have to reconnect (remove broken printer and then add it again) the network printer to make this work again. Unfortunately the problem reoccurs after some weeks.
Troubleshooting:
- Installed the general printer drivers instead of the specific one.
- Setup a new Printserver

As you can see, when it's working the Option " Print on both sides" is available. I don't know if this helps troubleshooting this.
