New printers not listed in directory

Situation:
Migration from w2k3 to w2k8 from one domain to another domain (split of 1 compagnie to 2)

How did we do it:
On w2k3 servers used print migrator 3.1 to export printers and imported this on w2k8 servers (so far so good)
all printers are listed in the directory (and shared)

Question/issue:
now when we add new printers, they are default not listed in directory, so we select: list printer in directory (or rightmouse: list in directory), after a few seconds it's unselected again.

The eventviewer reports 2 events: 31 + 37 (see message from events)
Event31:
While attempting to publish the printer to the Active Directory directory service, the print spooler could not create print queue CN=SERVER-HP LaserJet 4 under containerLDAP://SERVER.domain.local/CN=SP0012,OU=SCCM& BOC,OU=Servers,OU=Datacenter,DC=domain,DC=local because Mandatory properties could not be set. Error: 80070005. The printer is not published in Active Directory and cannot be located by searching Active Directory.

Event37:
While attempting to publish the printer to the Active Directory directory service, the print spooler failed to create or update print queue CN=SERVER-HP LaserJet 4 in containerLDAP://SERVER.domain.local/CN=SERVER,OU=SCCM& BOC,OU=Servers,OU=Datacenter,DC=domain,DC=local.  Error: 80070005. The printer is not published in Active Directory and cannot be located by searching Active Directory.

MS solution found at: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc773824(WS.10).aspx for eventid 31 + 37 did not solve the problem
