I have Win2k8 standard edition server which is used as a terminal server.
Client Systems :-Windows XP 32bit.
Problem :-
Since past few days i am facing a very weird problem on my terminal server. Users at remote locations directly connect to the terminal server and access our ERP. Since past few days all the printers which are installed on the server go offline . I have checked the event viewer but No Info . I checked the print spooler service but it was running fine .I tried restarting it but still no luck. Each time i face this issue i have to restart my terminal server to bring all the printers installed on sever online!!
Please help . I have read all the articles related to this issue but no help.
Any suggestions will be of great help!!
