I am having a problem with printing to a Konica Minolta Bizhub 363. We have users who connect to a remote app running on a Server 2008R2 server and print reports. One particular printer is having a problem that documents sent to print on the printer are printing 2 sided, even though the settings for Printing defaults are set to single sided. We have verified that this setting is being saved on the server where the printer is installed and when printing from other computers works normally.
This server is configured with all it's printers locally installed to IP ports and we do not use printer redirection or any group policies regarding the printers. The strangest thing about this is if a user selects properties of the print dialog and presses ok before printing the documents will print single sided. If the user clicks print without looking at the properties it will print 2-sided. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer from the servers (there are actually 2 in a Round Robin configuration) and also replaced the print itself, but without success. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
