Problems reading outgoing faxes

We are unable to see any fax except those initiated by ourselves.  Even i log as Administrator or i read faxes with API from an external application.
Changed all properties of fax and check all user option.
First trace of this problem July 2008 and no response.

Any solution ?

Client  : Vista Sp1 32bit Or Windows XP or Terminal
Server : Windows Server 2008 64 bit SP1
