Good Day, I am supporting end users running Remote Apps on a W2k12R2 environment. They are using shared network printers that are being deployed via GPO upon login.
I am looking for driver advice. Most of my printers are HP LaserJet 4000, 4250, 4300, and 4350. Should I use the HP Universal PCL 6 driver or let the use the native HP drivers in the Operating System?
In our W2k3 environment, we used the HP native drivers in the OS, but I have had some instances of users logging in and their printer did not get installed because the driver is not present on the RDS server (even though I have logged into each RDS server and installed all drivers).
