Not an urgent issue but a fustrating one.
I noticed today on our terminal servers that our memory was over 90%.
When i went looking i found that spoolsv.exe was using over 4GB of RAM.
Did some research and found a KB article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/955560) that suits exactly our situation.
It says there is a hotfix available and but when you try to download it is says "The KB article has no public hotfixes"
So there is a hotfix but they will not release it to the public? Why? So we are forced to pay for support for them to fix something which they have stuffed up?
Anyways, if i am not able to get the hotfix how else can i fix this issue?
As the article describes we do have many users that get their local printer mapped when the connect to the terminal servers so we still have to keep this functionality.
