I have a group of users that have a printer in the accounting department that is filled with blank cheques. Right now, the users print directly to it via the IP address. The other users outside of the accounting department should not see this printer.
The print queue is managed by a Windows 2008 Server. I am looking at the security settings on the printer queue on the server but I'm not quite sure how to set them so that only the 'Accounting Users' can see and print to the printer. In my KIX script, as the users log in, if they are a member of that group, the printer is installed. The reset of the users skip over that.
