Not quite sure where to post this request.
Called microsoft support and they requested to ask this on the forums.
Situation is as follows :
One of my customers has a branch office in which 2 employees from head-office work some days in the week.
They use RWW to connect to there own pc's in the office.
Branch office has a Samsung CLX-6220FX printer with 2 paper tray's. XP clients used to connect to their W7 Pro workstations have the correct settings for the papertrays configured, however this is not the case for the redirected printer in their RDP session.
The seccond tray is grayed out and can not be used.
For Windows Server 2008 R2 a hotfix is available but this one does not work on W7 Pro. (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981871)
Will this hotfix be made available for W7 as well, as I have a number of SBS customers who will be migrating in the near future ?
